When it comes to hot weather, other than shade and waters your need enough air. When camping, carry fans that are powered by batteries for each tent to ensure you have cold air that is breathable to avoid headaches and nausea and other effects that result from extreme sun exposure. One of the advisable ways to camp in hot weather is open your tent’s rain fly to allow enough cold air into the tent during the night. If you can afford just buy a small tent air conditioner unit that is a bit expensive and requires a lot of electricity though it is helpful.
Do not overdress in the hot weather. The summer heat is not suitable for all people. So during this time keep away your heavy sweaters and the usual long pants that you wear. Go for short pants and light colors, breathable materials. Remember to apply sunscreen twice or thrice a day as this will help in reducing the sun burns you may get. It is also recommended to wear your sunglasses and hats in this sort of weather.
